HARNESSED LAMPS

CCFL Surplus specializes in offering complete solutions for our customers needs which often include completed wire harnessed lamp assemblies.

We carry all of the most common components including:

• 2, 3, and 4 pin JST connectors and terminals.
• Highest quality, high voltage wire in all diameters.
• Large variety of silicon end caps.
• High Voltage Kapton Tapes and shrink tube.

We can also facilitate custom end cap production. We can design and build molds to produce any type of silicon end caps needed, if they are not already part of our existing stock.

Order requirements:

• We typically require orders of 200 or more units to produce harnessed assemblies.
• We ask that the customer provide a minimum of 2 -3 sample assemblies (when available) for our production and QC team.
• Typically we require 5-7 weeks for production and delivery. 2-3 weeks additionally may be required for custom molded end caps.
• As with all custom orders, all completed assemblies will require “NCNR” terms (non cancelable, non returnable) on the purchase order.
